Hi! I’m Heather and I’m so glad you stopped by. I created this blog to share my experiences with cooking good food and striving to live a fit and healthy life. By fit, I don’t just mean exercise, but fit in mind and soul too! I don’t subscribe to any particular “diet” or way of eating (paleo, keto, vegan, etc.), although I do eat those ways sometimes. I do try to eat clean, which for me, means ingredients I can pronounce and organic whenever possible. On this site, I will share my favorite recipes, along with tips and habits I have learned (or am still learning) to live healthy, fit and happy!
